Kids LOVE balloons! The next time you have balloons at home from a fun event or birthday party, get a few extra to blow up and try this balloon meditation with them!
Have your child focus on something that has happened that has made them feel sad, angry, fearful, etc. Have them put these feelings into the balloon as you blow the balloon up, releasing their feelings into the balloon.
Invite them to feel the warmth and space within their mind and body that they now have for positive feelings and love. Have them let the balloon go and watch it fly around the room releasing their feelings that were blown into the balloon.
